Kings Narrative works closely with First Nations men facilitating group workshops, mentoring sessions, and hosting overnight camping experiences on country. During these sessions we talk about important issues that impact men, such as mental health, suicide and how we can challenge the stereotypes of what an Aboriginal man should or should not look or behave like. Sometimes these conversations are hard to have, but Kings Narrative provides a safe space free of judgement for men to talk openly and honestly together. Everything we talk about is confidential and must not be shared outside of this group or these sessions. The only time Kings Narrative will share confidential information is if we are concerned about your safety or the safety of someone else in your care. In these cases, we are obligated to report this information. We do this because we care about your safety and the safety of those around you.
